1-1/2 lbs. round steak, pounded
with
(use side of saucer)
1/3 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. peppers
Slice 1 onion & separate rings
Top with 15 oz. can tomato sauce
Put all into microwave casserole and cover. Microwave 5 minutes on HIGH.
Microwave 45 minutes on Defrost (or #4). Turn meat over and cover.
Microwave 45 minutes more on Defrost or #4. Let set 10 minutes. Serve.
