Peanut Butter Balls Recipe
1 c. peanut butter
2 tbsp. margarine
1 c. powdered sugar
2 c. Rice Krispies
Mix all ingredients together with hands and form into balls. Wet
hands with water if necessary to form balls and prevent sticking
to hands. Melt 1 (16 ounce) package chocolate chips in double
boiler. Add 1/2 square paraffin to melted chocolate and melt
together. Dip balls in chocolate and drop on wax paper until
set. Keep refrigerated or freeze. (When freezing balls, do not
keep frozen for more than 2 to 3 weeks or balls will discolor.)
NOTE: Nestle's chocolate chips make much better tasting peanut
butter balls. .
