ZUCCHINI BROWNIES
2 c. grated zucchini or apple
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 tsp. soda
1 egg
2 c. flour
1/3 c. cocoa
1 1/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. oil
Mix all together and beat. Put in 10 x 15 inch greased pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 20
minutes.
